Prior to Hidden Treasures, Jean co-authored The Prepared Mind of a Leader: Eight Skills Leaders Use to Innovate, Make Decisions, and Solve Problems.  She has also authored many articles during her tenure as professor at Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management. 

For over 30 years, Jean has partnered with business leaders to create new businesses, and new ways of doing business that catalyze and sustain growth and thriving for their companies and the people involved.
